Contact form submissions are processed through Resend, a third-party email delivery service. Your information is transmitted securely and used only to deliver your message to Studio Elisabetta. Resend's own privacy policy applies to their handling of data and can be found at resend.com/privacy.
Your information is never stored in a database. Once your enquiry has been responded to, your details are not retained beyond what is necessary to resolve your enquiry.
05Who We Share Your Information With
We do not sell, trade, rent or share your personal information with any third parties, except as described in Section 04 above in relation to Resend for the sole purpose of delivering your message.
06Bookings
All bookings are made through Gettimely, an independent booking platform. Any personal information you provide through Gettimely is governed by Gettimely's own Privacy Policy. Studio Elisabetta does not collect, store or have access to any data submitted through the Gettimely platform.
07How Long We Keep Your Information
We retain your enquiry information only for as long as necessary to respond to and resolve your enquiry. We do not maintain a long-term database of contact form submissions.
