Cancellations & No-shows

To protect the time, preparation and scheduling involved in running a small independent studio, Studio Elisabetta has the following booking policy in place:

• - All deposits are non-refundable.
• - Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with more than 48 hours’ notice will have the deposit kept as a credit on file with no expiry date, which can be used towards any future service.
• - Appointments cancelled, rescheduled, or missed within 48 hours of the booking time will incur the full appointment cost.
